Yes. Those communities, along with Ritz Cove and Beach Road in Capistrano Beach, are guard-gated, so share your gate instructions when you book and we will send crew and truck details ahead of time. Any rules on move hours or truck access come from your association, so confirm them with your HOA before the date.
We unmount TVs and cover electronics in moving blankets and shrink wrap before they leave the house, so nothing sits uncovered on the driveway while the truck is loaded. Blankets, shrink wrap and TV unmounting are all included in the hourly rate.
Revitalization work is ongoing at Dana Point Harbor, with construction fencing around active work zones and an updated traffic flow for the Wharf parking lot. If your pickup or delivery is near the harbor, tell us when you book so we can plan truck access and parking ahead of moving day.
Rates start at $119/hr for 2 movers and a truck Monday–Thursday at the cash rate, and $135/hr Friday–Sunday. A $30 gas fee applies, the $50 deposit goes toward your total, pianos add $200 and items over 300 lbs add $150. Stairs, long carries and multiple stops cost nothing extra, and Double Drive Time applies under CPUC rules on longer local moves, while long-distance moves are quoted separately.
Book as early as you can. Weekends and the end of the month fill up first, and long-distance moves need extra time for planning. For an urgent move, call us: same-day crews are often available.
You can choose any convenient day for your relocation, and yes, we can help you move on weekends and holidays.
A safe relocation is our goal, so we’ll provide you with a detailed list of items that are prohibited to transport. It includes perishables, hazardous materials, firearms, batteries, etc. We also don’t recommend packing your personal and irreplaceable items, including family heirlooms, family photos, jewelry, documents, etc. Carry them with you during the move.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and certified checks. We don’t accept personal checks. There will not apply any transaction fee on card transactions.
Yes, we’ll contact you prior to delivery. We’ll deliver your belongings within the given moving arrival window. In case the window is no longer possible, we’ll also contact you in advance and set another delivery time.
