Our rate starts at $119/hr for 2 movers and a truck on Monday–Thursday (cash rate) and $135/hr Friday–Sunday, plus a $30 gas fee, and the $50 deposit is applied toward your total. Stairs, long carries and multiple stops are included, while a piano is $200 and items heavier than 300 lbs are $150. Under CPUC rules, Double Drive Time applies to longer local moves, and long-distance moves are priced through a free estimate.
Yes. Streets in the Encino Hills wind toward Mulholland and narrow in places, and plenty of homes sit behind gates or at the end of long driveways, so we ask about truck parking and the walk to the door when you book. Stairs and long carries are part of the hourly rate, so a multi-level house or a long driveway adds time, not a surcharge.
Yes. Encino has guard-gated enclaves such as Royal Oaks Colony and Park Encino Towers, just south of Ventura Boulevard. Send us the gate instructions and any HOA move rules when you book, and we'll schedule the crew's arrival around them.
Yes. Sherman Oaks borders Encino to the east and Tarzana to the west, with Ventura Boulevard running through all three, and Van Nuys sits across the Sepulveda Basin. Those moves run at our standard hourly rate, and dropping items at a second address on the way is included.
Book as early as you can. Weekends and the end of the month fill up first, and long-distance moves need extra time for planning. For an urgent move, call us: same-day crews are often available.
You can choose any convenient day for your relocation, and yes, we can help you move on weekends and holidays.
A safe relocation is our goal, so we’ll provide you with a detailed list of items that are prohibited to transport. It includes perishables, hazardous materials, firearms, batteries, etc. We also don’t recommend packing your personal and irreplaceable items, including family heirlooms, family photos, jewelry, documents, etc. Carry them with you during the move.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and certified checks. We don’t accept personal checks. There will not apply any transaction fee on card transactions.
Yes, we’ll contact you prior to delivery. We’ll deliver your belongings within the given moving arrival window. In case the window is no longer possible, we’ll also contact you in advance and set another delivery time.
