How we pack a Palisades move:

What we plan around on Palisades streets:

How we handle a long-distance move from the Palisades:

Yes. We pick up, wrap and inventory everything, keep it in our storage facility and deliver it when the house is ready, and the storage period can be extended if construction runs long. It also keeps furniture out of street-parked containers, which drew towing warnings in the Palisades before the city paused enforcement.
Yes. Many displaced Palisades households have already stayed in more than one place, and we move apartments and rental houses across the Westside the same way we move full homes. If the next rental is smaller, the extra furniture can go into our storage until the rebuild is done.
Aim for a date after the city issues your certificate of occupancy, the final step in the rebuilding process, so a late inspection doesn't push your move. If your things are in our storage, we deliver them straight to the house, reassemble the furniture and place it where you want it. Same-day moves are possible when a crew is available, but booking ahead gives you more choice of dates.
Tell us which pieces were recovered from the property, and we wrap each one individually and pack them apart from the rest of the load. For artwork, antiques or keepsakes that need more care, our white glove service covers packing, unpacking and placement.
Two movers and a truck start at $119/hr Monday–Thursday at the cash rate and $135/hr Friday–Sunday, with stairs, long carries and extra stops included. There is a $30 gas fee and a $50 deposit that is applied toward your total; pianos are $200 and items heavier than 300 lbs are $150. Double Drive Time applies to longer local moves under CPUC rules, and long-distance moves are quoted separately.
Book as early as you can. Weekends and the end of the month fill up first, and long-distance moves need extra time for planning. For an urgent move, call us: same-day crews are often available.
You can choose any convenient day for your relocation, and yes, we can help you move on weekends and holidays.
A safe relocation is our goal, so we’ll provide you with a detailed list of items that are prohibited to transport. It includes perishables, hazardous materials, firearms, batteries, etc. We also don’t recommend packing your personal and irreplaceable items, including family heirlooms, family photos, jewelry, documents, etc. Carry them with you during the move.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and certified checks. We don’t accept personal checks. There will not apply any transaction fee on card transactions.
Yes, we’ll contact you prior to delivery. We’ll deliver your belongings within the given moving arrival window. In case the window is no longer possible, we’ll also contact you in advance and set another delivery time.
