Two movers and a truck start at $119/hr Monday–Thursday at the cash rate and $135/hr Friday–Sunday, plus a $30 gas fee; the $50 deposit is applied toward your total. Stairs, long carries and extra stops are included, while a piano adds $200 and any item over 300 lbs adds $150. Longer local moves can carry Double Drive Time under CPUC rules, and long-distance moves are quoted separately.
We don't plan on it. Through much of Mar Vista, Venice Boulevard has a dedicated bus lane and parking-protected bike lanes, so we look for curb space on a side street or use your driveway. Any extra walking distance counts as a long carry, which is already part of the hourly rate.
Yes. We work Monday – Sunday, 8AM – 6PM, and Friday–Sunday moves are $135/hr. On Sundays the farmers market closes part of Grand View Boulevard at Venice Boulevard, so if you live nearby, tell us and we'll plan the truck's route and parking around it.
Yes. That side of Mar Vista is zoned for apartments and has a lot of dingbat buildings, and our apartment movers work them at the same hourly rate. Stairs and the carry from your unit to the truck are included.
Often, yes: we take same-day moves when a crew is free. Call 909-443-0004 between 8AM and 6PM with both addresses and the size of your home, and we'll check the schedule.
Book as early as you can. Weekends and the end of the month fill up first, and long-distance moves need extra time for planning. For an urgent move, call us: same-day crews are often available.
You can choose any convenient day for your relocation, and yes, we can help you move on weekends and holidays.
A safe relocation is our goal, so we’ll provide you with a detailed list of items that are prohibited to transport. It includes perishables, hazardous materials, firearms, batteries, etc. We also don’t recommend packing your personal and irreplaceable items, including family heirlooms, family photos, jewelry, documents, etc. Carry them with you during the move.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and certified checks. We don’t accept personal checks. There will not apply any transaction fee on card transactions.
Yes, we’ll contact you prior to delivery. We’ll deliver your belongings within the given moving arrival window. In case the window is no longer possible, we’ll also contact you in advance and set another delivery time.
