"Ansar and Madi from SOS Moving helped with our move over the weekend. We were moving from a studio in Hollywood to a 2 bedroom Baldwin Hills. We packed and moved most of our things, but wanted help with our furniture.

The team was incredibly fast and efficient, and was able to complete our move within the 3 hour minimum. They tried to take the best of care with our furniture by shrink wrapping it before loading it into the truck. They had no problem carrying our furniture up stairs and navigating narrow hallways.

The only issue we ran into is one of our nightstands was dropped resulting in some damage to the side of it. I called SOS Moving to report the damage, and they were able to reimburse me in accordance to their insurance policy. Accidents happen and I appreciate SOS's work to quickly remedy the situation."

"I had to move again and I used SOS Moving company. Hesitated to use them since they are pretty new but since the address was close by I said why not. Since my move wasn't going to be right away, I was able to get the date and time frame I requested. The day before my move, the condo I was moving into was going to have some major work being done. was worried so I made a phone call to SOS Moving. Was so glad I was able to talk to someone (real person) when I called and it did not go to a machine. Spoke to Alex on the phone who was very professional and friendly.
Move day: My time frame was 8am-10am. Got a call that they will arrive in 15 minutes at 8am. With the whole coronavirus I was worried about moving (the whole 6ft away). I told the movers what I'm planning to take and left them so that they can do the packing. I'm a horrible packer. Had nothing in a box, all random stuff including clothes were in bags and they put everything in wardrobe boxes (no charge on using the wardrobe boxes). Once they were done packing they didn't waste any time and drove to the condo I was moving into. It was definitely a bad day for me to move because once arriving to the condo, city workers were doing road work, crane truck was removing water heater from our roof, then there was an accident which then the street got blocked by fire truck, paramedics, and a police car. SOS moving truck literally waited on another street for about an hour until our street opened up. Olzhas & Alex were my movers and they worked very hard moving things up my narrow stairs to my new place. Like I said earlier, the replacing of water heater, there were multiple buckets to hold the water dripping on hallway ceiling (common area) and my movers made sure to walk around it without getting any of my furnitures damaged. I love that both Olzhas & Alex were hard workers, friendly and made sure all the glass/mirrors were well packaged in wrappers and blanket. Did I tell you that they are good in disassemble and reassembling furnitures? Other than the other works being done on street (stressful), Olzhas & Alex made my day go smoothly.
The best thing about this move was that the price, was pretty cheap compared to other moving companies. Also if you pay with cash you get more discounts. I thought I was going to pay more because of the waiting period from our street but I didn't. I highly recommend SOS Moving if you want someone who will take care of your furnitures like it is theirs."

"The crew showed up on time and packed everything securely and in a timely manner! Very helpful in moving all furniture & miscellaneous items down a flight of stairs. Showed up to the new location in a timely manner and proceeded to unload and place items where needed. The crew kept their face masks on at all times. Would recommend!"

"We hired SOS Moving to move us from our apartment to our new home 30 miles away. Our apartment was packed to the brim with 10 years worth of stuff that we had accumulated. Jose's crew from SOS came in and packed up so much and did it so quickly. They moved two giant fragile TVs - one plasma and one LED - very carefully up and down multiple flights of stairs with no damage. They were also super communicative throughout and made multiple adjustments to the placement of our furniture based on our input. They also didn't ding any furniture or damage or scratch any walls. All the while, Jose and his crew were all so positive and cheerful, which made the stress of moving so much easier for us. We're so happy with the experience we're hiring them again for another small move this weekend. Really a great experience. Make sure to request Jose's crew!!!"

They wrapped everything safely for the truck, gave us free wardrobe boxes to pack our hanging clothes, and helped us set everything up once we got to our new place.
