Pricing & Resource Allocation

Resources are allocated — including crew size, truck type, specialized equipment, and packing materials — to match the operational plan.

Execution
On move day, our trained crews arrive on time with all necessary equipment and materials. Every item is protected, loaded, transported, and placed according to the operational plan. Communication is maintained with the client throughout the process.

Delivery & Completion Confirmation
At the destination, all items are placed per client instructions. Furniture is reassembled, boxes are positioned in designated rooms, and a final walkthrough is conducted with the client. For institutional projects, completion documentation is prepared and submitted per contract requirements.
